Santa Ana Police make arrests after reported stalking incident
By Local Santa Ana news desk
The Santa Ana Police Department made arrests after two off-duty Homeland Security Investigations agents reported being followed by individuals.
The agents said they were followed from La Habra into Santa Ana, and that the individuals obstructed their vehicle and committed traffic violations.
The police department determined that the facts established probable cause to believe the elements of felony stalking had been met, and that additional suspected criminal violations were also identified.
