DARKROOM also has a sister restaurant, Chrysalis, which features a multi-course, prix fixe tasting menu.

Zach Scherer, CEO and Chef, has cooked extensively throughout Southern California, while Drew Adams, Chef and Partner, has worked in over 40 restaurants in Orange County. The team's passion for food and food service drives them to seek out like-minded individuals to join their staff.

Vegan and vegetarian dishes are available, as well as gluten-free options, and the full menu can be enjoyed at the bar. While delivery is not an option, the visually appealing dishes are best appreciated in the restaurant. The bar also welcomes diners, providing a convenient alternative to traditional table service.

DARKROOM is closed on Mondays and on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. A large parking lot with self-service parking is available, and the restaurant accommodates group events. For a small fee, diners may bring their own wine, with a corkage fee of $40 per bottle for the first bottle per guest.
