As part of the TamBien Market, the business also operates as a market, providing fresh and affordable meats. The Vietnamese heritage is a strong focus, with the goal of introducing culinary traditions to a wider American audience.

The TamBien Market originated from a family's passion for crafting pork-based delicacies reminiscent of their Vietnamese roots. After exploring various occupations in the United States, the family rediscovered their true passion in food.

Expansion has led to wholesale operations, producing traditional Vietnamese delicacies like sausages, egg rolls, and mắm, all meeting USDA standards. As it grows, the business aspires to become a beloved fixture within the Vietnamese community, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for Vietnamese culinary traditions across America.
