Fat of the Land

Fat of the Land is a restaurant with two locations, one in Downtown Santa Ana and the other in Irvine, California. The Santa Ana location is described as tiny, cozy, and packed with personality, making it perfect for a date night or dinner with friends.

The restaurant was founded by Robert, a former travel and wedding photographer, who had a simple idea to create an intimate and crowded little place that felt like the bars he loved around the world. He met Chef Van Duong, and together they opened the doors to Fat of the Land in March 2024.

The Santa Ana location has a small space with big flavors and great vibes, while the Irvine location has a bigger menu and more room to spread out, including an outdoor patio. The Irvine location is also suitable for private events, with indoor and outdoor patio seating available for up to 70 guests.

Both locations offer a unique dining experience, with the Santa Ana location being ideal for smaller groups and the Irvine location being more suited for bigger groups and celebrations. Parking is available at the rear and side of the building in Santa Ana, and in a parking structure in Irvine, with validation provided.
